+: Conveniently located, with close proximity to the beach, 2 water parks and other neighbouring family activity venues. The food selection was exceptional and sufficient for the number of guests that visited. We found that the Porters, Spa staff, Dining room 'waiters' and Guest relations staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The Spa facility was surprisingly appropriately decorated. We also found the bars to be well stocked and suitably located within close proximity of dining areas and rooms. The nightly entertainment was professional of a high standard and appropriate for families with young children, but also catered for a wider audience.

-: Firstly, this is not a 5 star hotel! It should not have been presented as such. It may have been some time ago, but it is clear that standards have dramatically deteriorated since then. If you considered that we had to change rooms 3 times in 2 days over a 4 day stay period, our family did not experience a comfortable stay. - The first room offered had exposed electrical cables projecting from the bathroom wall above the wash hand basin, excess mould around shower room floor wall tiles and shower hose. - The alternate room offered had a leaking overhead shower head, visible excess mould around shower wall floor tiles. - The second room was marginally cleaner. However, there were urine stains around the toilet, under the seat and around the toilet bowl. We could also not connect to the wi-fi, even after multiple phonecalls and visits to Reception, and IT technician visits. - The third move had a cleaner bathroom, however, we experienced a power outage which only affected our room on the floor. Having by now seen 4 separate rooms, it was clear there has been much wear and tear and the maintenance of peeling wallpaper, damaged skirting boards, damaged floor boards, dusty walls and ceilings was endemic and representative of the lack of facilities management of accommodations. We also found the Reception staff initially cold and unwelcoming. We weren't even asked about our stay considering all the issues we had experienced.

+: طاقم العمل كامل من موظف الاستقبال إلى خدمة الاصطفاف إلى خدمة الغرف و العمال في المطعم و الشاطئ.... بالإضافة إلى أن الفندق جميل من حيث الموقع و جميل من الداخل و يحتوي على العديد من المرافق الممتعه مع خالص شكري لطاقم العمل على. اهتمامهم بكل نزل حيث وجدت في غرفتي بتاريخ ميلادي قطع من الكيك و العصائر و هذا كان رائع جدا و مميز جدا بالنسبه لي ..... (بالفعل شكرا جزيلا لكل الطاقم في الفندق)The staff is complete from the receptionist to the valet parking to the room service and the workers in the restaurant and the beach.... In addition to the hotel being beautiful in terms of location and beautiful from the inside and containing many enjoyable facilities... With my sincere thanks to the staff for their interest in every hotel, where I found in my room on my birthday pieces of cake and juices and this was very wonderful and very special for me..... #(Really a big thank you to all the staff at the hotel)

+: Big hotel with huge variety of food, large poll, kids pool, adults pool, entertainment every day and night for everyone. I also like the fact it is more located in the centre so you can enjoy the town and have a walk by the beach.
