Wakacje i ceny wakacji w hotelu Herton Hotel 3* 2024-2025 Turcja, Stambuł

+: El desayuno estuvo bueno.

-: La ubicación es fea. Nos cambiaron de hotel y el aire acondicionado nunca sirvió hacía mucho calor en el cuarto.

+: Lokacija hotela je osrednja, internet je dobar, recepcionar mi je pomogao u pronalasku parkinga

-: Veoma je teško pronaći hotel, lokacija nije najbolja, doručak siromašan

+: Staff were nice in partically Nadir who I met the next day & he tried his best genuinely to address all my concerns. The owner and rest of staff were also friendly, it's just a shame the hotel in my opinion needs a full refurb ASAP as it is fulling apart. Though worth booking for a short stay, due to nice staff in particularly Nadir but unfortunately he is due to leave now.

-: First night on arrival was a complete nightmare, first room had a broken toilet flush, air conditioning not working and the second room had an old sofa bed that probably needed to be thrown into a skip about 20 years ago! To be fair Nadir did offer to change room next day but as a family we needed both rooms next to each other.

-: We booked a taxi that didn't show up. We were stood in the hot weather for 30 minutes and my son is autistic so he was crying so much. Then we booked another taxi. Then one rude women at the hotel was telling us we had to pay 400 liras for the taxi that didn't show up. Also we booked this hotel specifically but they moved us to the another hotel in the same street. The other hotel was loud and in bad condition but the staff were better than the hotel we originally booked.

+: Alles war Unwahrheit. Lüge, Lüge. Schleschte Lage, Unhöflich, Kein Hotel. Gefälschte Bewertung und Fotos und Beschreibung. Nach halb Stunde haben wir dort verlassen. Geschäftsführer sagte, dass gesamte Betrag zurück erstattet wird aber nicht getan.

-: Wenn man etwas mit der Lüge verdient, gibt 1000 mal mehr für sein Gesundheit aus. Was noch schlimmer ist, Unterstützung durch Booking.com. Wir haben dort nicht geübernachtet aber für eine Woche von Konto abgebucht.

+: Turkish Breakfast was good.. it was available in good quantity. Drinking water was available all the time and was free of charge. Staff was very helpful at the reception at least they tried to fulfill all our needs The hotel was on a quite alley so no noise.

-: No Elevator... we got the room on the 2nd floor so everytime we came back after visiting the city it was hard to climb up. Very Cramped room. (Room with 2 beds) Location hard to find and was very far from the main street not recommended for a family with kids When it rained.... the water came inside the room from the ceiling. Washroom was very small and the hair-dryer was not working.
