+: The location is great : close to the historic center, Blue Mosque and Ayasofia within wwalking distance.

-: - The room was in the basement (with a window out though). It smelled a very bad smell of humidity andor foul waters from the bathroom pipes maybe. We couldn't ask for a change because no one was available at the time. - The hotel (because of other clients) was noisy, late at night. - One staff member woke us up at 5 am one morning for outrageous reasons. Very bad and uncalled for behavior.

-: Stuff, communication, location and everything was disappointing. The guy Soleyman was clearly a drug addicted and didn't know his job. Just wanted to take people in with any lie possible! So disappointing!
