+: A equipe é realmente muito boa, todos atenciosos. A acomodação é super confortável.

-: Não fica tão próximo do metrô, tivemos que andar um pouco, mas possui restaurantes, farmácia e afins bem próximo. Nada além a reclamar.

+: The hotel is clean and tidy, right in the center and everything is within reach. The staff is polite, on Sunday there is a market in front of the hotel

-: Great misery is around the hotel . The hotel has no elevator and we were on the top floor 6. The staircase and very narrow and not well lit between the 3rd and 4th floor .

+: We stayed at Neva Flats for a week and we had a very good time there. The location is super close to Istiklal street and about 15 minutes to Taksim square. The breakfast was simple and tasty. All the staff were super friendly ,especially our receptionist,Mehdi, who tried his best to suggest sightseeings and help us find places to visit .

+: The place is like in the pictures. The staff is very friendly and nice, the room and bed are comfortable and clean. It is very close to main turistic points by walk but the area at the first view looks a bit dangerous, but was pretty ok during our stay.

-: We were in the 6th floor and don't have elevator, so be prepared.

-: The location is like local, where the road is a bit scary at night but it was manageable

+: Lo que más me gustó fue sin duda el personal de recepción ya que estaban pendientes siempre de que estuviésemos a gusto. Muy amables y simpáticos todos en general. Un día incluso hubo un corte de agua que no sabíamos cuánto iba durar y se encargaron de traernos 2 garrafas grandes de agua, las trajo Kerem, que es súper simpático!! El colchón era muy cómodo la habitación bastante espaciosa y la ducha con muy buena presión y el baño bastante grande. La calidad-precio muy bien. Y el desayuno típico turco servido por una chica muy simpática también. El hotel muy cerca del barrio de Taksim. En general estuvimos contentos allí.

-: Hubo cortes de luz y otro de agua que duraron una media hora pero ellos no tienen la culpa. La primera noche nos dijeron que nuestra habitación no estaba disponible, pero se encargaron de ubicarnos en otro hotel al lado y fueron muy amables. La gente turca te intenta ayudar siempre con todo.
