+: The hotel is in a great location, just down from the strip. The staff all work very hard to provide excellent service. The pool area is kept immaculate, and the food is excellent.Air-conditioning is excellent and the beds are comfortable. The staff are all very attentive and work very hard. I believe their pay is around £20 PER DAY so please tip them when you can.The pool was small but very nice. We always managed to get loungers, but we were down by about 8 am and it all depends on who's there at tbe time (large family groups etc). The hotel does have a sign to say do not reserve before 8 am, or your towels will be removed, but I'm not sure this is monitored. Our rooms were quiet and comfortable, although a bit on the small side, and the balcony is not really designed for sitting on due to its size. There is a fridge in each room, but again, the contents are unnecessarily expensive. As a result, we ate and drank nothing from it. Had the prices been normal, we would have and probably multiple times. Sometimes charging less can actually make you more!
-: Our beds were made every day and the cleaning staff worked very hard, especially in the heat. Our bathroom tap had not been cleaned from the previous people staying, which could have just been missed but wasn't nice. There are management literally walking around the snack barpool area sat watching the junior staff work. They could maybe use their time more wisely, giving each room a quick check before guests' arrival.I found the food and drink prices a bit expensive in the hotel. I understand businesses need to make money, but they will make a significant profit on those prices. An Efes was £3.75 yet 5 mins away in the bars, they were around £2.30. Other drinks such as slush were quite expensive (considering it's just frozen water), and cocktails were the same price as the UK at around £7. I'm not sure what other hotels are charging, so this could be the same in all.We didn't stay for any of the hotel entertainment. Although I did fancy the BBQ night, however, at £20 each, I thought it was quite expensive. We were a family of 4, so I felt £80 was a lot to pay in comparison to the restaurants close by.If I were to return to this area, I would stay here again. I think the positive things outweigh the negative. The main thing that effects your stay is not the hotel or their staff it is the British tourists staying there. If your unfortunate to have people who are loud, scream at their kids, save all the sunbeds from 6am, fill the pool with huge inflatables, don't monitor their children and leave their rubbish for someone else to pick up it probably will impact on your stay. Unfortunately, that's just luck of the draw. Yes, you pay for what you get but not in terms of the hotel, its staff, services or location... its the clientele! Overall, we had a good holiday and I would recommend it.
