+: The hotel is really great for family tourism. It has a lot of activities on the hotel site: mini-golf, lunapark, great aqua park, video games, bowling, pool, sports and games activities. There are a lot of a la carte restaurants with delicious food and great service. There is very interesting and fun evening show. The food is really various and delicious. And you're able to eat any time you want, even at night. It's useful if you arrive at night. There is very great beach with piers with sunbeds and bar. Also, there are a lot of pools, one of them is with salted water. The room was really big and with balcony with forest view.

-: Housekeeping service is really bad. In fact, the room wasn't cleaned at all. The floor wasn't washed during all the time of my vacation. And in fact there is no difference if you leave the tips or not. The service is the same.

+: Die Lage war gut. Die Villen mit den Pools würde ich für ein wenig Ruhe empfehlen. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.Aktivitätsangebote gab es genügend ob für jung oder alt.

-: Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub möchte der nur entspannen will würde ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen, vor allem keine Paare. Viele Kinder, sehr laut und hektisch im Haupt Restaurant. Die Mitarbeiter haben uns alle auf Russisch angesprochen weil sie davon ausgegangen sind das wir Russen sind, es sind 95% Russen in diesem Hotel. Englisch war eher schwierig. Die minibar wurde am letzten Tag nicht aufgefüllt, weil wir am nächsten Tag verreist sind.

+: Mijn kamer was bij ingang hotel. Gelijk ernaast waren motors van airco aanwezig, waardoor ik niet kon slapen. Ik heb dit vermeld, maar er is geen oplossing gebonden. Heel slecht, ik beveel deze hotel niemand aan!! Ik kom er nooit meer, ik beb 5 dagen eerder vertrokken!
