+: staff were nice and tried joining in on with games of uno and pool

-: cleaners never actually cleaned rooms and rarely gave fresh sheets, food was very poor such as chips for breakfast and not labelled, terraced area was sticky from drinks spilled and covered in glass which no one cared to clean up resulted in lots of flies, photos online do not match as there is 2 blocks of rooms and back block doesnt have elevator. swimming pool looked green and didnt get cleaned for few days

-: Extra kosten voor kluis, bedden werden niet elke dag verschoond eten was altijd het zelfde

+: One receptionist who speak English was nice and really felt our pain during our visit here.

-: No English speaking staff, like they had escape from the mountains, very rude. Dirty rooms, 2 towels for 5 people etc..

+: Most of the saff were nice

-: There were no towels when we arrived, was brought in the next evening.The room was not cleaned after last guests as there still were used towels.There were not enough food if arrived to eat at the second half of the time period given.

+: Breakfast was ok not too many choices but fruit was really nice

-: On the second to last day my boyfriend was really I’ll with food poisoning from the food which kind of ruined the holiday as we had to miss one of the activities we booked
