+: The location is quite convenient, surrounded by a variety of supermarkets and grocery shops, and with easy access to bus stations. The staff, to their credit, were friendly and helpful, doing their best to assist with any inquiries.

-: I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While the location is convenient with supermarkets and grocery shops nearby, and the bus stations are easy to find, these minor positives are completely overshadowed by the bad service and amenities. To start, there was no cleaning service at all during our entire 5-day stay! It's unacceptable that basic housekeeping was completely neglected leaving us to deal with the same dirty sheets and towels for the entire duration. This level of negligence is beyond frustrating. And don’t even get me started on the breakfast. It was an absolute disgrace! The so-called "breakfast" consisted of the bare minimum—some stale bread, a few packets of jam, and cold tea and omelets, which were already unappetizing by 8 in the morning.

-: Номер брудний, кришка з під унітазу була зламана, штора надірвана, ліжко брудне! Склопакет брудний, тумбочки біля ліжка-брудні, пил ніколи не прибирався! Сніданок однотипний! Праски немає! Хлопець на стійкі реєстрації не привітний! Після заселення одразу повідомили за унітаз, на що нам відповіли, що завтра все зроблять. Звісно ніхто нічого не зробив. Після трьох днів проживання, питала за прибирання кімнати, на що дівчина зі стійки реєстрації відповідала: я все передам, вам завтра приберуть! І так тричі підряд! Кнопка «прибирання» горіла 5 днів! На 5 день ввечері я підійшла до чоловіка який працює там можливо менеджером і попросила чисті рушники🥹 через 10 хв він приніс рушники(одне з них було з диркою) туалетний папір і гелі для душу! Вибачався і сказав що завтра, тобто на 6 день нашого проживання нам все поміняють і зроблять прибирання 😅 На наступний день нам так і не прибрали, а прибрали аж на сьомий день🤯 нашого проживання, нажаль! Хлопець на стійкі реєстрації взагалі не привітний.

-: It wasn't clean, the toilet wasn't flash and even the toilet seat was broken . We told the staff and they didn't fix it. The toilet door was not locking. The sheets were changed two times and there was a footprint on it.Overall cleanse was bad.The rooms are too small. And the lightning was sooo law
