-: The gardens were not maintained and it gave an impression that no manager were around, the variety of food was lacking with no European or other nations options.

+: Hotel bardzo przyjemny, zadbany, wiele osób pracuje w obiekcie, żeby sprostać oczekiwaniom klientów. Personel interesuje się gośćmi, dopytuje o samopoczucie czy opinie. W hotelu można było czuć się bezpiecznie, przez przypadek zostawiliśmy klucze w drzwiach do pokoju na połowę dnia i nic nie zniknęło, zgubiliśmy też kluczyk do auta i osoby z personelu nam go przyniosły :) Hotel ponadto zapewnia wiele atrakcji również w ciągu dnia (gry, nauka gotowania, 2 razy w tygodniu bezpłatna przejażdżka łódką na sąsiednią plaże), codziennie wieczorem był organizowany inny dzień tematyczny - także osoby, które chcą spędzić pobyt tylko w obiekcie nie mogą narzekać na nudę :) Na terenie hotelu jest dużo małpek co stanowi dodatkową atrakcję (widzieliśmy ich więcej niż w Parku Jozani). Piękna roślinność wokół hotelu, codziennie ogrodnicy o to dbali. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, bardzo ładnie i dokładnie, każdego dnia mogliśmy zastać łózko pościelone w inny sposób. Wieczorem Panie spryskiwały pokoje przeciw insektom. Śniadania dla nas wystarczające kawa, herbata, soki, warzywa, owoce, ciasta i co nas bardzo zadowalało jajka przyrządzane przez kucharzy w taki sposób - na jaki danego dnia ma się ochotę (omlet, jajecznica, jajka sadzone) w wyodrębnionej części restauracji codziennie pracowali kucharze, którzy na bieżąco przygotowywali je wedle preferencji. Z baru piękny widok na ocean, szczególnie wieczorem, gwieździste niebo i ocean były nieziemsko malownicze (nieważne czy był odpływ czy nie)! W hotelu świętowałam swoje urodziny i hotel o tym nie zapomniał! Bardzo dziękuję za miłą niespodziankę!

+: They went out of their way to make a special dinner for my partner and I and they were very friendly.

-: The set menu’s and there was not a snack menu at the bar which I recommend. There was also not a lot of restaurant around the hotel so you didn’t have a lot of options to choose from.

+: We enjoyed the place , beach and environment Also, the staff is very nice, always smiling and helping The food was healthy and delicious , every day, there was a different buffet. It was a wonderful experience for our honeymoon I 'd like to thank all the staff, esp. Mr Peter and Mr harun for the services they provide us and for their kind efforts.

+: Intimate resort, beautifully situated by the ocean. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff is so lovely, kind, attentive and will cater to your every need. If you are looking for activities and adventures, the Filao team also as plenty to offer ! Si vous êtes francophone, une bonne partie des employé-es parlent français ! A great place to unwind, explore what Zanzibar as to offer and enjoy the ocean breeze !

+: The location is good next to the beach. The hotel is in a quite place, I got to enjoy the peace and relaxed

+: Le personnel était au top au petit soin et très à l'écoute surtout Mr Peter et Mme Baby un peu loin mais le séjour était exceptionnel la soirée africaine était top. Franck & Mélissa From Burkina faso 🇧🇫 nous avons rencontré des personnes très gentilles.
