+: الاستقبال جدا ممتاز ورائع، تعامل الموظفين احترافي وسياسة ممنهجة من إدارة الفندق اتجاه التعامل مع النزلاء في الفندقالموظفة الفلبينية كانت جدا مهذبة وممتازه في إجراءات تسجيل الدخولالموظف محمد عند اتصاله للتذكير بموعد الخروج كان جداً راقي في الأسلوب والحديثالموظف رامي تعامله وادارته ونشاطه وحيويته في المكان كانت استثنائيةالنظافة والمرافق وكل التفاصيل ممتازة.

+: I liked the location and cleanness of the hotel and rooms. also the stuff were very helpful and friendly.

-: the process of check out was very very slow this time, i wasted almost 1 house and half. plus I have waited long for someone to get our luggage.

-: The parking is not comfortable because every time they ask about the room number...in the 5 star hotel they must have a card to enter the parking then no need more asking about room number
