-: الشقة كانت غير نظيفة، عدم تغيير مراتب الأسرة واتساخها، وجود الحشرات في الأسرة والحمامات، رائحة التدخين منتشرة في الشقة والممرات على الرغم من وجود لوائح عدم التدخين

+: I had an amazing hotel stay at this wonderful establishment! The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. However, what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Ahmed at the front desk. He was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. His warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest.
