-: I’m quite disappointed especially since I had much expectations coming to this hotel. I stayed here for the first time for 2 nights, and the stay itself was alright overall, although after I checked out the next day I realized that I’ve left my speaker in the room, so I called the reception and told them that the details of the item that it’s pink JBL speaker and I specifically told them exactly where I left it which is by the window. I was connected to the security manager, and they said “If we find your item we’ll call you back.” And I didn’t receive a response so I called them again and they said they didn’t find it…I can’t help but to think that either the house keeper or someone in the hotel took my speaker I mean it’s an only explanation. Never going to stay this hotel again.
