-: Check-process was a complete joke. There were no staff on site at the hotel to check you in as the room is owned by a different agency and not the actual hotel. Complete scam. If it wasn’t for the lovely staff of the actual hotel, I would never have been able to check in. It was a complicated and unnecessarily difficult process. The lady who messaged me was unhelpful, rude and uncooperative. All she wanted was your deposit and money. No mention of deposit beforehand. Her colleague was a bit more helpful but she was absolutely useless. She didn’t even bother to help or come to the hotel. Even the hotel staff said that this agency is completely useless. The room was not as clean as I had expected. There were no cleaning products in the apartment. It was tiny and not big enough for 2 people. Everything is in one room. There is a problem with the balcony and roof and when there is a tiny bit of wind, the whole room sounds like you are in the middle of a hurricane. Because of this, we didn’t sleep properly for 4 days. The wind causes so much noise in the room at night, it is impossible to sleep. I have never known noise like this during the night. The stay was a terrible experience and completely overpriced. We were completely ripped off and can not recommend this room to anybody. It would be much better to book directly at the hotel and have a proper room in the actual hotel. This is a scam. There are people living next door and all down the corridor. People leave their rubbish bags all along the corridor, their bikes and pushchairs and generally all their stuff outside. The corridors stink outside the apartment because of the rubbish and it has not been cleaned. It’s a terrible place with unhelpful, rude and uncooperative staff who you cannot reach on the phone and after a long flight you arrive with only aggravation and stress. Terrible.

+: Location in Anantatara Palm is perfect. Resort is very nice, but you do not enjoy full benefits, as you are considereda tenant, not a guest. Better to book directly with the resort.

-: Booking is not directly with the resort, but with party that rents apartments there. Therefore you do not enjoy the benefits of regular guests. Terms of service changed, suddenly they wanted the deposit in advance instead of upon arrival. Very rude contact regarding this. Almost a month after stay still have not received deposit back. Furthermore the apartment, which was nice in itself, smelled very badly. pricy for what you get.
