+: The location is quite central and the property is perfect for the price. It's quite close to the Dubai Mall and all the other attractions and popular restaurants in Bur Dubai. There's also a 24-hour Starbucks within walking distance of the hotel and a small convenience store for any essentials just past the reception. The gym was well equipped and overall everything was convenient. It is real value for money. The staff at the hotel was especially helpful, the receptionist V helped a lot in getting my room extended for another night despite the almost full occupancy at the hotel.
-: Overall the entire stay was nice, However, if I were to nitpick, I was allocated a disabled room. I'm guessing this was due to the high occupancy. This is fine, however, I was not informed about this at Check-in.
