+: Mr Sahil at the reception was very nice and helped us to get an upgrade on the room. Very friendly and accommodating.

-: No valet parking services. Steam room wasnt working in the men’s area and sauna wasnt working in the women’s area.

-: check in 3pm, There is one staff name Suhil who initially received our EID for check in process and instructed us to sit for a while as a room is being prepare, waited for 45mins and still he did not update US we are waiting and Our EID WAS WITH THEM,… After that we approached other staff Proceed with our Check In… VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR SUHAIL WHO INITIALLY HOLD OUT ID and DID NOT PROCESS THE CHECK IN AND WAS ENDORSE TO OTHER STAFF…

+: Nothing, very bad smell all over the hotel and room with dirty and dusty chair and dirty bed room with broken handle of window.. very disappointing

+: The staff is so welcoming and too helpful right from the entrance to the reception, the security especially kasule and Nancy.their housekeeping was top notch thank you all for your hard work.

-: I didn’t like my room , I wish they had give me a different one though I didn’t request for that.

+: Amazing Hotel The room is very comfortable , large and clean

-: Reception stuff are not organised and will always delay the check-inout process for hours .Room view is very bad on hotel backyard
