+: A very comfortable and clean hotel.It's a new one, the furniture is new and stylish.The view is amazing! The staff is really friendly and helpful, especially Latifa.

+: Staff was polite and accommodating. We were complimentary upgraded to executive suite with sea view. Amazing!!!

-: Breakfast could be better. Only 1 swimming pool with limited number of pool chairs for such a huge hotel. Hotel territory is not big with no greenerytrees whatsoever

+: The 14th floor Royal Suite where we stayed was superb. Big, spacious and an awesome view.

-: Nothing I can think of.

+: The staff are very friendly, lots of things can be done, they have multiple activities over the pool. The pool is clean.Room’s view was spectacular.

-: The charged us for the calls we made from room’s telephone to order breakfast or dinner, very bizarre. First time to see something like this.

+: هذي ثاني مره احجز في فندق رويال ام فندق جميل والاكل افضل من السنه اللي طافتمطاعم عديدة متوفره فالفندقالموظفين متعاونينفي موظفه عربيه ماذكر اسمها ماقصرت معنا ابدا ساعدتنا كثيرا واشكرها كثيرا على المساعده

-: الفندق صادفته مشكلة في خطوط الهاتف وماقدرنا نتواصل مع الاستقبال او خدمة الغرفبس في الاخير قدرنا نتواصل معهم عبر الموبايل
