-: It's too noisy because the room they give it to me on the street I don't recommend it to anyone you will wake up from 7am and you never sleep because of the car horn.

+: The room is cute, big and very clean and comfortable, the staff is nice and very kind and the breakfast was also very good

-: The location is horrible, there are many buildings which are in construction and you can not sleep because of the noise, also in the same building are a lot of party clubs which also you can not sleep very well, when we arrived in the room was cold and we didn’t manage to turn off the air conditioning.

+: Wybraliśmy hotel ze względu na lokalizację,dostęp do wspaniałych knajpek, barów, komunikacji . Jestem zachwycona wielkością apartamentów, dostępem do świetnej siłowni, cudnymi śniadaniami i ogółem organizacji w hotelu. Niedogodnościa jest obszar budowy przy hotelu, chwilowo może być to problem dla gości.

-: Jestem wrażliwa na zapachy i dla mnie zbyt intensywnie aromatyzowano powierzchnie wspólne.

+: The room was nice and big, and could have been lovely. However, it was incredibly disappointing.

-: This hotel was away from public transport, so the free transfer to Dubai Mall La Mer beach was a deal breaker for me. I was told on arrival that this was not available. You have to take expensive taxis everywhere. The pool is only open 9am-7pm so not during the times most people would want to use it. Building work going on outside is noisy and ugly. Jazz music is played in the corridors 247 (which they didn't turn down after I had to call reception at 1am), in addition to the nightclubs on the top and bottom floors - noise was a huge issue. Windows were poor, meaning that everything was WET all the time due to the humidity outside - the walls were literally dripping with water and the bathroom floor was a death trap (photo is from the morning, NOT after a shower!) My clothes were became wet when hung up. Breakfast was poor, with very limited and uncovered options - and an unmanned egg station. No Netflix on the smart TV. Had to wait 10 minutes to check in while I watched the female member of staff pick her nose. Had to wait 5 minutes to check out so they could 'check the room' while my tour group had to wait. Honestly the most disappointing experience of any hotel, considering my expectations. Definitely not worthy of 4 stars.

+: Notre suite était propre et spacieuse, lit confortable la télévision était smart et avait l’application amzip qui proposait plein de films et de documentaire.

-: La clim faisait trop de bruit et ne fonctionnait pas bien il avait pas d’isolation sur les fenêtres. Du coup, tous les bruits de construction et des voitures pénétrer dans la chambre. Le hall puait la cigarette,
