-: Service was not accommodating. I was pregnant and they gave me an apartment with steps and I asked to switch and they told me no. The water kept switching from scolding hot to ice cold so we didn’t have one decent shower and it was so hard to wash my toddler as I was afraid the water would turn hot and burn him. The windows have no screens and the steps have no rails. Definitely not safe for children. The mattress was not comfortable. Our friend’s apartment didn’t have AC in the living room when it said it was an air conditioned apartment. They told them to open the door for air when it was 100 degrees out. They didn’t have any utensils in their apartment and the washer wasn’t working. I went to the pool to get pool towels and was told they ran out of towels. It was a bad stay overall and not comfortable with children. Please book somewhere else if you are traveling as a family.

+: The beach. Nothing else.

-: No air conditioner in the first floor, no utensils, no trash can in the kitchen, no toilet seat in the bathroom upstairs.

+: I like that there is a private beach part with loungers to enjoy the beach within the hotel as there is not much chance of enjoying the beach outside of this.

-: For a 5 star hotel there is no real sense of relaxing, the pool music is far too loud quite early in the morning so if you and a nice relaxing dip forget it! We had an apparent near to pool which meant we were woken up most morning by this music and people moving furniture. Staff were not very polite or helpful and when we were unsure of where to go for towels we were ignored by 2 members of staff.

+: Dzīvojām apartamentos, tie bija plaši ar labu kondicionieri, ar nelielu āra terasi un balkonu. Teritorijā ir vairāki restorāni. Izmantojām pludmales restorānu - ātra un jauka apkalpošana.

-: Saņemot atslēgas netika sniegta informācija par iespēju saņemt pludmales dvieļus. Pludmalē ir ierobežota pieeja jūrai, jūrā var iekļūt pa kāpnēm. Pie baseina ir ļoti skaļa mūzika, trokšņa dēļ ir apgrūtinata sarunāšanās. Mūsu uzturēšanās laikā pie baseina bāra darbinieku bērni baseinu izmantoja kā ūdens atrakciju parku- leca ūdenī neņemot vērā apmeklētāju aizrādījumus, tajā skaitā bērns leca baseinā no bāra letes. Darbinieki to ignorēja. Apartamentos nav padomāts par vannas istabas iekārtojumu - nav plauktiņi tualetes priekšmetiem. Virtuves zonā ievietotā plīts bija mazjaudīga- nebija iespējams pat izvārīt olas.
