+: The hotel is at the perfect spot, just behind the museum area and next to one of the biggest and most famous streets for shopping, eating etc. The staff was very helpful and kind.

+: Buona posizione per muoversi agevolmente in centro. Check-in rapido. Buona la pulizia e la colazione.
-: Grave la mancanza di aria condizionata e molto scarsa la fornitura di prodotti per il bagno. Considerato il prezzo mi aspettavo di più.

+: L'hotel è centralissimo e ci sono anche le fermate della metro e del tram a pochi passi. La camera veniva pulita e sistemata tutte le mattine. È l'ideale se bisogna solo passarci la notte. Lo staff gentile e disponibile, reception aperta 24h24.
-: L'albergo è una struttura molto vecchia, a mio parere non terrei la moquette e aumenterei qualche servizio; per esempio, le camere sono molto calde e anche se c'è un piccolo ventilatore, io personalmente aggiungerei un condizionatore. Soprattutto perchè c'è un locale a prima vista invisibile sotto casa e molti ragazzi si fermano a parlare ad alta voce fino a tardi, quindi è anche difficile dormire con la finestra aperta.
