+: The location was great. We received a free upgrade from a 3 bed to a 5 bedroom villa. All the staff were extremely helpful and made so many adjustments to ensure there was food for my son which caterer Ed to his numerous allergies. The WhatsApp messaging service is a great idea and something I've never seen at any hotel.
