-: Svært at finde vej ind til lejligheden. (evt. skiltning), men adresse var rigtig. Manglede mikroovn, service, håndstøvsuger og lidt flere håndklæder. Vandlåsen virkede ikke på det ene af badeværelse, så det lugtede af kloak. Tørrestativ var ødelagt.

+: Wonderful location by the sea but away from the noisy bars. Spacious apartment with nice view. Looks like in the photos.

-: The management was problematic. There is no key handover, just a safe, which would not open. This is quite inconvenient when you have been travelling for ages and all you want is to enter your place.The manager of the place is really hard to reach on the phone and does not react for days when a problem arises. The air conditioner was leaking and could not be used. One of the bathrooms had a smell of sewage. No one turned up to check it, so the people arriving after us must have suffered from the same issues. Our solution was cleaning the bathroom thoroughly but when that did not help, we closed down the bathroom and tried not to open the door.The kitchen utensils were ok, however I asked for a kitchen scale to make my own bread and got a bathroom scale instead (which is not much help when you need to measure gramms). We could not get hold of the gate key to park inside the premises for days.As previously agreed, (owing to overbooking) we had to move to next door apt, which was fine, but the refund for the inconveniene wasn't paid before us leaving the country. The discussion became exremely stressful and we were considering making a police report.
