+: Lovely villa if a bit dated, Andreas the host very nice man, really quiet location so need a car. Lovely pool. More or less everything you need.

-: We were ok as we hired a car but as it’s in the middle of nowhere walking anywhere is out of the question. On here it says 200m to beach (it is as the bird flies but you cannot get to it in 200m and it’s not a nice beach) it also says 400m to bars and restaurants, we found the nearest decent place to eat was a 2 hour walk and the nearest supermarket about the same, booking.com says 1.5k. We didn’t mind as we are animal lovers but there are also 8 cats that live at the villa and they will beg for food, also 2 dogs that visit everyday, friendly enough but just be aware

+: Przestronny dom z basenem i widokiem na morze. Trzy sypialnie z łazienkami oraz dodatkowe WC w części wypoczynkowej. Niewielki ogród przy domu z drzewami cytrusowymi i kwiatami. Hamak pod drzewami oliwnymi. Kuchnia wyposażona w potrzebne urządzenia. Kontakt z personelem doskonały. Zameldowanie przez Internet co bardzo ułatwiło nam życie przy nocnym przylocie.

-: Klimatyzacja w części wypoczynkowej odpłatna.

+: La villa a des équipements et une décoration vieillotte mais elle est très agréable. Elle est spacieuse et propre.La piscine est vraiment très bien, mes enfants en ont bien profité. Inutile de demander à la chauffer, fin avril la température de l'eau était tout à fait satisfaisante pour des Bretons 😃

-: Les lits mériteraient d'être changés mais nous avons malgré tout bien dormi. Le mobilier en général aurait besoin d'un peu plus de modernité.Il n'y a pas grand chose à faire au nord de l'île et les plages ne sont pas les plus belles. Il y a malgré tout de jolis paysages. Et en allant plus à l'ouest, vers Coral bay il y a des plages de sable fin.

-: Too much cats asking for a food. They were always around.

+: The location and the pool! Nice and peaceful, lovely surrounding gardens.Huge pool!The cat family that lived in the garden ❤️

-: The decor and furniture was very dated! Beds were basic and mattresses old and uncomfortable!

+: Nice villa with garden in quiet place - great value. Very nice pool.

-: Clima timer for 3hrs max.

-: 1. Extra money for AC in living room (There were 2 AC of which one was broken)2. AC in Main Bedroom broke down during our stay, and although they couldn't fix it, there was no refund for it.3. The mattresses on all beds are old and not suitable for a good nice rest. Suggestion to change them asap. 4. The cost of the property could be more equal to the provided ammenities, or the house could be equipped with more comfortable ammenities
