+: Location is incredible if you are looking to kitesurf. The balconies look directly onto kite beach, you relax and watch pro kitesurfers do their thing or walk down and participate.

+: Everyone seems to have worked there a long time, and they all seem so happy there. A cohesive team from the front desk, to maintenancegrounds, security & housekeeping. All the staff is so professional, and friendly and super helpful. They have an elevator, which is great, in case you have a hard time getting around. We loved watching the kiters out front, so relaxing. There is a sweet restaurant right beside there called Casa Raina, which we went back to. They will help you get a Taxi they usually recommend to all guests, the drivers are very reliable, and got us safely to the airport. So very clean and spacious, with everything you need for cooking in the condo. Would highly recommend! Met guests there that have stayed several times before. Warm and friendly vibe from all the other guests we chatted with there. Everyone just seemed so satisfied and happy. Felt like home for a week, didn't even want to leave:) The ocean out front was so clean, and the pool was fantastic!
