+: The staff were very welcoming and very friendly The location is top few steps away from Turkish restaurant and the tourists placesNot to forget they have very nice restaurant in the hotel with delicious georgian foods The breakfast was outstanding ... Simple but healthy and high quality Thanks to demitry for his help and care during our stay

+: Room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Mezzanine was a good use of space. No guard rail though and would have been concerned if kids were younger. Location next to the river and near the park is excellent. View of the waterfall from the balcony is pretty great. Sound of rushing water is lovely.

-: We were on the 4th and there is no lift. Staff did carry the luggage up to the room though.

+: The staff is very friendly. Dimitri is a lovely person, very helpful and his restaurant is a must visit.The location is also great.

-: The bed didn’t work out for me.
