+: The location was fantastic, it's in the vicinity of most touristic hot spots, though this is not old Tbilisi.The staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were really big. The rooms were cleaned everyday.

-: We booked a non smoking room, however, we could smell the cigarette smoke on our first two days of the stay. My wife and I found the stench unbearable and complained to the staff - who said that they don't smell anything.The breakfast was alright nothing special.

-: The road in-front of hotel is inaccessible because of road works.. we struggled to carry our luggage to hotel.. u have to walk uphill to reach hotel..there was a stinking smell of carpet in the room when we entered.. they were even reluctant provide drinking water during the day of check out. Not even a weighing balance for luggage.. same breakfast everyday and its cold unless u go at 8 when it start.. we had to change our plan for rent a car since they didn’t have a parking.. so disappointed! Don’t recommend it for anyone.

-: Customer service is a general Georgian problem, unfortunately the service here did not live up to the 4* rating.

+: The reception would not respond to requests for toiletries, milk, tea bags etc. First day, room was not cleaned. I kept requesting for change of room as my room had a dry toilet but they did not bother. Everyday there were check ins and check outs. Hospitality is missing completely. There was no staff to take our luggage to the rooms. We had to take it ourselves. Cloakroom is so small that they were unable to keep bags from 3 rooms that we checked out from. Dry toilet should be mentioned at the time of booking.

-: Staff attitude and lack of proper responses. Felt not welcomed!
