+: Very large room and private balcony.....Hardwood floors.....Reasonably priced.....Good heating unit.....Outlets by the beds.....Located in the heart of Batumi (not Old Town).....Located on a fairly busy street but noise was not an issue......Staffed 247 and the gentleman at reception was very helpful in solving the few issues that I had.....Will definitely stay here again..

-: A chair and table on the balcony would be nice.....Just one overhead light. Lighting was weak at first but the bulb gets brighter the longer it is on.

+: Otel sahibi abimiz gayet yardımcı oldu çok güzelde Türkçede biliyor içiniz rahat olsun. Odalar gösterildiği gibi temiz düzenli. Gayet memnun kaldık.

+: Fiyatperformans dengesi gayet güzel. İşletmenin müdürü Badri Bey güler yüzlü ve çok ilgiliydi. Resepsiyonda bekleyen diğer genç arkadaşta gayet ilgiliydi. Tüm kolaylıkları sağladılar. Tavsiye edilir.
