+: The hotel is near to the river, zoo, in the center of city. The staff help us a lot. Many thanks to Kvrnsa she meet us at the first day. Also Gregor during our accommodation. And Artyom also was helpful

+: The room was beautiful, cozy, and clean .

-: Most of the light didn't work in our room. We had to ask several times to fix it .

+: The hotel is well located on a beautiful street with many restaurants and shops. It's within walking distance from the metro and central train station, so a great location for onward travel.

-: The rooms just aren't clean. I had two separate stays here and it was the same both times. The carpet isn't clean, the room doesn't smell good. There was loads of hair in the shower drain, rubbish under the sink (still there the second time I came) and such. It's such an easy fix because the rooms are nicely designed and well located, they just need to be maintained.

+: we liked the hotel very much a lady named as Lika guided us in a proper way

+: Stayed one night while in transit. Smooth check-in. Nice, tidy, clean, modern room. Quiet despite being on a busy street. All usual facilities, including kettle with tea and coffee. Breakfast was included but I left too early to see what it was like. On main street of 'old new town' which is quite busy and has lots of shops. About 15 minutes from railway station (which is what I wanted) and metro. Some way from the 'old old town'.

-: Signposting could be better. The reception area smelt of cigarette smoke despite non-smoking signs. Fortunately, the room was fine. Fridge smelt of garlic - and didn't work either. Perhaps a little dusty.
