+: Great location near the kids ski slopes, and beautiful area.

-: Some noises at night from other rooms and running water, but it was bearable. Room wasn't dark at night, had to put towels on one of the windows to cover the light from outside which never turns off. Staff clueless, no real guidance. We never found out if there was a kitchen or not. Bed wasn't comfortable, there was a gap between the two beds which was easily felt.

+: The view was good

-: The staff, no facilities, heater doesn't work. The staff doesn't speak English and the guy in the reception was too rude. And we were asked to pick up the garbage and take it with us while leaving. Also he tried to charges us 100GEL coz he found the ash tray inside the room but there is not even 1 no smoking sign.. The place is in a high place away from the road and too slippery because of the ice, where you get no help with your luggage. The place has a good view but the staff and facilities are horrible.Initially I booked a king family suite by paying 523GEL and decided to take a split room which costed 150GEL each, cheaper than the one I booked but I was still charged 523GEL.I wouldn't recommend this place.

+: The host was so friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were so spacious and clean. There is literally nothing to complain about. We had a pleasant stay
