+: We had a very nice room with a balcony, it was spacious& very clean. Excellent location in old tbilisi, nice sitting area outside for having a coffee.

+: Location is very good near everything, in the middle of old city and u can see mother of georgia behind u The problem is it's on a hill so be ready of doing lot of exercices and do bot bring too much weights with you and if you join elder people make sure they can do itRoom was nice and spacious

+: We stayed for 2 nights when we reached Georgia and then 1 night again before we left Georgia. Located at 5-min walking distance from Freedom square, Meidan market square and at a walking distance from all the main tourist spots. Breakfast spread was great for us eggetarians. The hostsstaff were all friendly and helpful. Had a kettle and glassesmugs in the room. There were towels, hair dryer, shampoo and handwash. We were told that tap water was drinkable water. We did try too on the first day, but then switched to buying water later. Keep in mind that toilets in most of Georgia are European. Do not expect a bidet or bidet shower. Good wifi connectivity. View from windows was awesome - facing Mtatsminda, Mother of Georgia. There was a little common balcony with a view of Holy Trinity Church, Peace Bridge, etc.. Cozy and nice place.

-: Family rooms are on the 3rd floor. There's no elevator to go up to the rooms. To keep in mind if there are older people travelling.

+: It was so lovely hotel. It's location is good. Especially the breakfast was delicious. It's staff was helpful and kind. Everything was nice. Thank you

+: The staff were very helpful and kind. The room and bathroom were both a good size. Loved the balcony! Very comfortable mattress.

-: The room was perhaps a little dark, but that's quite common in Georgia, I found (maybe to keep the heat out).
