+: It was okay..we bring vegetarian had less options n timing for breakfast should be early not 8am as we had to go for day trip as well

-: Ani the receptionist wrongly opened our door with master key.room no 206 around 2am..we were both sleeping n my wife got up with a jerk n rang immediately at the reception n Ani asked for forgiveness but this was so absurd we couldn't sleep whole night. we asked for the manager or whosoever was incharge because I wanted to talk directly but as we had to leave early morning for trips n used to come late hence couldn't meet him...but this mistake I have never ever experienced..since I travel lot..but alas..

+: Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the old town. We upgraded to the panoramic view with balcony which was unforgettable. Reception staff was very helpful. A big thank you to George who helped me order food and even delivered it to my room, as well as helping us with different things. The breakfast room had a great view and there was quite a good range on offer. Would definitely recommend KMM hotel.
