-: There is no parking at this hotel. Breakfast was included, but started from 8:30am, so we will not be able to have one.... Aeroport shuttle was cost 80 Gel, but when we checked taxi it was only 25 Gel...

+: The staff was helpful with restaurant and bar recommendations and the breakfast was delicious with many options. The location was perfect in the old city and the room we had was really quiet.

-: Unfortunately I still can't understand why this hotel is rated with four stars. The hotel was wornout and not so fresh. For example there wasn't cleaning every day (we ended up having only one big towel, the toilet paper ran out, ameneties were not refilled), the minibar had only water in it and the reception was unoccupied a few times. There was a big water shortage in Tbilisi during our stay and we didn't get any info about it. We ended up finding more info ourselves from the internet with translator.

+: Recepcionar koji nas je dočekao je vrlo prijatan, razuman, odmah nas je obavestio o problemima i dao nam opciju da izaberemo drugu sobu ako nam smetaju neprijatni mirisi. Besplatan doručak uz rezervaciju. Lokacija je u samom centru ali je malo bučno zbog okoline.

-: Došli smo u 18h da se prijavimo, soba koju smo rezervisali je imala neprijatan miris i problema sa vlagomtoaletom pa nam je ponuđena druga soba ali ta druga soba je bila u fazi nameštanjakrečenja odnosno uklanjanja vlage ili slično. Rečeno nam je da se vratimo do 21h. Kada smo se vratili nije bilo nikoga, zvali smo broj recepcije ali niko se nije javljao. Ušli smo u sobu tek u 21:30, platili smo svakako punu cenu prenoćišta. Izgleda da je hotel nekada bio u dobrom stanju jer ima dobru ocenu iz 2018 godine, ali ovo sada je zrelo za kompletno renoviranje.
