+: Food in the hotel restaurant was delicious.

-: It was terrible experience..The hotel is definitely not 4*. It’s overpriced outdated hotel with very poor service. Pictures on booking.com were done many years ago, now the hotel looks worse.Everything started at the reception…it was very hot there (AC wasn’t working there), very slow check-in because of poor wifi. We booked super luxe, but in fact this is ordinary one bedroom room: living room with sofa bed and twin bedroom. AC is in each room, but only one (in the living room) was working. We asked to repair AC in the bedroom (it was hot there because it’s on sunny side), but the receptionist said it’s impossible, all their “superluxes” like that, recommended to open the door from living room to bedroom and use 1 AC in the living room only. The manager didn’t resolve the AC issue as well. We left the hotel immediately. Just waisted our money (didn’t returned after check-in) and time there.The overall impression from the room and hotel itself was awful: bad smell in the room, molded bathroom, dirty windows in bedroom and hall, very poor wifi.We read about all this issues in reviews before, but couldn’t imagine how bad everything there! Trust reviews, don’t do our mistakes!

+: Great location and it takes 1 min to get to the beach. The food was local and the taste was great most of the time. The staff was polite and kind. No issues arrised. My family and I enjoyed staying there.

-: I belive I payed not the best price for provided services. Furniture and bedding could be more comfortable, but unfortunately they saved on this

+: It was one of the best holidays we've ever had in Sacartvelo. Not only was our room spacious and well-furnished, but the food was also incredibly delicious. I want to express my gratitude to the hotel staff for treating us not just as guests but as good friends! You guys rock :) I highly recommend Resolute to others and will definitely return with my family in the future.
