+: Location was good, bed and shower were comfortable

-: On Booking it appears as a 4 star hotel which doesn’t align with the facilities and amenities provided. We didn’t enjoy the breakfast, amenities provided were the same as with all the guest houses we stayed in the country for a lower cost. We selected a hotel so we can do our laundry and enjoy a bit of comfort in the middle of our trip. We found in our room a used bathrobe.

+: The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff is pleasant and helpful.

+: The hotel is located in a very nice pedestrian area, quite touristy but we’re tourists:) Very close to the old town, there is a lot of nice restaurants around.

-: The humidity in the room was quite high. It took hours for the room to dry after me or my friend took a shower although we were turning on the ventilation. It also didn’t help to open the window as it was rainy during almost all our stay

+: Very close to center. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are big and tip top

+: Breakfast is quite reach. There were warm and cold dishes, good choice of vegetables and fruits. Location is not bad, but hard to feel Georgian vibe there as all restaurants around are kind of shisha places with very bad food as per google reviews . You need to walk 10-15 mins to find some good places.

-: Reception is not 247. We arrived at 5 am and there was no one. First person we met around 7 am, the men was not communicative at all and was not able to answer any question, he was super sleepy. We were 2, but they gave us only one room key and said that it’s not possible to get second one. Super inconvenient. Cleaning quality is bad, a lot of dust behind the TV and in some other blind zones. Slippery floor in the bathroom, I fall 2 times. Broken TV with no signal. Hair Dryer very weak & slow, working 2 mins and then switching off. You need to wait another 5 mins to use it again.Some renovation in the room required. Not friendly staff, especially in the breakfast area. Torn towels and robes. Overall some rooms needs renovation.
