-: We received the room unclean, the bathroom was dirty, and the yellowness around the seat was clear. Bad smell inside the room as if it were a smoking hall. You must ask the receptionist to clean the room if you want . The air conditioner is bad and makes the room humid. I requested a repair, but the cooling only increased slightly. The Turkish bath has no services, no soap, and no one cleans the sink before bathing. The place is completely unsanitary in the Turkish bath. Thank God that the stay was only 3 days. The services and level of cleanliness are far below my expectations and do not live up to a hotel more than 3 stars

+: The hotel location and the outside pool

-: We arrived on Saturday, and for three days, I couldn't sleep because of an air conditioning problem. Despite calling you every day for three days to fix it, you kept giving me the same response. A technician would come with a ladder, check the AC for 10 minutes, and leave. This happened three times, and nothing changed with the AC. On the fourth night, I entered my room to find the closet full of water with all my clothes were wet. and floor soaked with water from the AC.I went downstairs, and a manager came up to my room, apologized, and promised that we would get compensation, a much better room, and that my clothes would be laundered by the next morning. The next day, around 2 PM, an employee came to my room with a key to the new room. However, the new room was exactly the same size as the old one, not the upgraded room the manager promised as compensation.To top it off, during check-out, the receptionist wanted to charge me 42 Lari for laundering my clothes! After arguing, she finally waived the charge.I ask you: How much do you really care about your paying customers? The answer seems to be not much, given everything that happened.

+: I like the attitude of the front desk staffreceptionist. They are really helpful, especially the male manager of the front desk area. He is really kind, approachable, and always keeping his smile all throughout the day. Really professional. Thank you.

-: Maybe the toilet seat is not well maintained. It has a lot of dirt inside but I tend to just cleaned them away. No big deal.
