+: Great location. Wonderful staff, friendly and very helpful. The room was just adorable and just perfect for us. It had everything we needed. A hairdryer, fridge, AC, and the best part was the bed and pillows. We had a great night's sleep. At first, we thought the AC wasn't going to work that well, we like it cold but if you close the bathroom door it works just perfectly. :) I highly recommend this hotel. This area of the hotel is quiet too.

-: O hotel não pode ser considerado 4 estrelas. No maximo, 2 estrelas. O hotel não foi localizado por dois motoristas de taxi. Fica na parte de traz de um barlanchonete. Não tem recepção ou portaria. Não tem funcionários de apoio. O ar condicionado do quarto expele ar quente. O elevador não tem porta e nele mal cabem duas pessoas. Deixei o hotel na mesma noite em que entrei. Hospedei-me no Novotel de Madrid, que me atendeu muito bem e paguei muito mais barato que esse iFeel, que me recuso a chamar de hotel. Horrível. Não há outra qualificação.
