+: The location is great - right on Trypiti beach. Also, there are quite a few amenities, like Bar, Taverna and Beach bar.
-: That's where all the good things end. I'll start by saying that we didn't stay until the end of our stay - we had enough of all the problems and asked for a refund on the 7th day. Here's why: The Junior Suite was advertised as enough for a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 little children, but in reality it's very small. We barely had space to pass between the children's bed (2 sofas) and the furniture in order to go to our bed. Also, it's advertised as having a "living room", but in reality it's like a corridor, around 5 square meters. Our room had a bathtub, so in order for us to shower we needed to step inside it and shower however, the bathtub leaked constantly. Despite the 2 attempts by the hotel staff to fix it, it leaked a lot and the water even went out of our room and reached the hotel corridor. The bathtub was also in very poor hygienic condition. The wood planks on the bathroom door frame were falling apart. Of notice, is the fact that the very first thing they ask you is for you to cancel your Booking.com reservation and they would offer you free entrance to the water park or 100 EUR of a massage of your choice. It's outrageous they propose this in a 5 star hotel. And please note: despite this year's summer being one of hottest on record, the water in all swimming pools and in the water park is freezing cold - our kids didn't even want to step in the water. Lastly, but one of the most important is the attitude. Although the lower staff is very nice (sometimes unnaturally nice) the management is very arrogant. They didn't refund me for all our room problems - instead offered to move us to an apartment on our 7th day (out of 10), which is insulting. Also, the Taverna manager is actually the hotel manager and he becomes very, very angry if he sees you eating at the next door taverna. Some customers were thrown out of the Hotel because of that - go and read other reviews if you want more examples.
