+: place is really nice and it has everything

-: beds were a bit too hard

+: Spacious clean. Smart TV !! essential ! Pleasant outside area. Excellent communications and very speedy results when issues arose. Very reasonably priced. Location not brilliant. But a few minutes walk to decent restaurants and some shops. Car recommended. Although there is a Bus.

-: Beds hard , No duvets. We know you never have them in hotter countries. But we like them for coziness. And the weather wasn’t very hot on our trip. Pool was freezing. You couldn’t go in swim in it. No pool heating. Unfortunately hardly no one has pool heating in Greece. I have no idea why. Noisy outside shutters banging on walls. Bath plug not in good order. Bath water leaking out . Settees uncomfortable. Need replacing. Ants. lots of tiny Ants. Even in one of the beds.

+: Spacious villa with a nice pool. It is a little out of theway so hire car is a good way to get around. We didn’thave one and taxis are expensive. Easy walk to shopsand tavernas though. Donna was beyond helpful andwent out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s not an area for people who want the bright lights but it is a perfect mix between peace and quiet and lively enough place nearby.

+: Casa nuova, spaziosa e in bella posizione, comoda alla spiaggia e vicina al centro del paese che può essere raggiunto comodamente a piedi. Noi l'abbiamo trovata molto tranquilla anche perchè la casa adiacenti non era ancora stata completata. Noi non abbiamo mai utilizzato il barbeque, che comunque è presente e abbiamo usato la piscina una sola volta perchè il mare è molto vicino ed è molto bello. La pulizia della piscina è stata comunque fatta regolarmente durante il nostro soggiorno. Non abbiamo mai incontrato la persona di riferimento ma abbiamo ricevuto tutte le istruzioni per il check in e check out su whatsup per tempo.

-: Anche se la casa è grande, nelle camere e nei bagni ci sono pochi posti dove poter appoggiare le proprie cose. I bagni potrebbero essere migliorati aggiungendo qualche mensola e chiudendo la doccia da tutti i lati per non allagare tutto il bagno ogni volta che viene utilizzata. La tovaglia del tavolo esterno ed uno dei 2 asciugacapelli dovrebbero essere sostituiti. Inoltre, ci saremmo aspettati una bottiglia di acqua in frigo, un set minimo di cortesia nei bagni e una dose di detersivo per la lavatrice, come abbiamo sempre trovato in tutte le case affittate in Grecia finora, invece questa casa viene lasciata vuota e quindi è necessario andare subito a fare la spesa.

+: The Location was perfect. Just 6 mins walk from the village. The village of Gennadi has some fab restaurants and is well places to explore the island. A steep walk back but worth it for the views. The villa was spotless well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool was lovely just the right size for us. We will certainly be back thats guaranteed. I can highly recommend Blue Sea Villa.

+: The spaciousness of the rooms and the mosquito nets on all the doors and windows. The pool is not too small and the house next door is empty.

-: The pool pump is rather noisy but you can adjust the hours it's on for.

+: Perfect location: close enough to “city life centre “ (restaurants, bakery, greengrocer) as well as not far away from the sea, but on sunny and quiet slope fare away enough not to hear anything from tiny town. Relax in silence with option to go out. From this place you can easily reach any part of the island in short time (by car)Lovely tiny private swimming pool. Nice rooms with breathtaking view (sunrise and sea) Hope to come back one day
