-: Hinterlegen der Kreditkarte zur Sicherheit eventueller Verunstaltung des Zimmers !!!!!! Habe ich (70+) in meinem Leben noch NIE erlebt. Frühstück (kontinental Breakfast) sehr einfach!

+: Very close to the strip of shops and bars and restaurants and the beach

-: Not very much on within the hotel, breakfast not very good

+: We did not have breakfast we went to the sister hotel and it was not impressed with what was on offer we were not told you could have a full English at the alma until the last day we got a voucher then told we were to late and would have to pay full price we went elsewhere

-: We were not impressed with anything when we arrived we were told if we wanted air conditioning it would cost €5 per night safety deposit box €19 I told receptionist ours were included but she said we would have to pay we asked if we could change rooms and was told it would be an extra €20 per night we stayed where we were we had to have the sliding doors open as I wasn’t going to pay for air conditioning if it was meant to be free and both myself and my husband got bitten to death so the next day I found my booking showed it to a different receptionist who said he was sorry and that they had forgotten to turn the air conditioning on in our room it was a lot more comfortable after that .no apology from the first receptionist before we arrived I’d asked if would be possible to keep the room on till 6pm on our last day and was sent an email saying there would be no extra charge we ended up paying€25 and was told to claim it back from booking.com I tried to contact them and was told they would ring me back I’m still waiting not impressed with the hotel or booking.com and wouldn’t use either again

+: Hotel well placed, reception staff great, bar cafe staff not as good, room basic but ok, room cleaned daily, pool facilities good

-: Paid for breakfast at hotel and wasn't available, hot sent to another location and waited 45 minutes daily just to place order, 90 minutes in total for breakfast daily, CHAOS and not what I paid for, fridge in room broken, stayed at hotel before and it is not what it used to be, really disappointed with breakfast situation, didn't want to have to go elsewhere first thing on a morning and then wait far too long, beach full of fag ends and not as clean as used to be

+: Das super freundliche und maximal hilfbereite Personal und die tolle Lage. Ein Wäscheständer steht parat und von hier kommt zu Fuß bestens überall hin.

-: Die Dusche war winzig und nicht ganz sauber, ausserdem könnte man nicht duschen, ohne das halbe Bad zu fluten. Leider sind auch die Wände sehr dünn und vom Flur ist jedes Gespräch wirklich lautstark im Zimmer angekommen (EG).
