+: The location is nice and quiet with a modern touch. A small swimming pool is available along with sunbeds by the restaurant from which guests may purchase drinks and snacks during the day and serve breakfast in the morning. A small beach is available outside the hotel area. The rooms are well furnished, with a modern touch, quite clean. Each room has either a balcony or a space reserved outside and equipped with sunbeds or chairs depending on the room type. The staff is friendly and they are doing their best to ensure a pleasent experience for the guests.
-: While the location is pleasent for relaxing, it is quite far away from Afytos and as suh any other establishment that serves food. This would not necessarily be an issue, but the on-site restaurant only serves breakfast and snacks, the latter of which is decent, but overpriced. Hence, either walking to Afytos for about 20 minutes (on the side of a road without a sidewalk) or taking a taxi (about 6 or 8 EURO per trip) is required if you plan on having dinner. While the room we stayed in (initially) was supposed to have a coffee maker, it did not. The Wi-Fi is terrible and the TVs only support Netflix - which is not working properly either due to the slow internet. If you plan on spending your day at the beach, you can either walk down to the one near the hotel - which has no facilities (e.g. umbrellas and sunbeds) or you can take a car taxi to another location, but if you arrive later than 11am there might not be any available sunbeds (which cost 20 EUROday for 2 people). All the above, decreases the value for money of the location drastically. In the end, while the accomodation itself might be cheaper here, the overall cost and the inconvenience is not worth it.
