+: La proximité de la mer tout en restant à l’écart des flux de touristes, la vue, la qualité de l’accueil et des services.

+: Wonderful host who met us arrival with by far the best ' welcome' pack at any villa we have rented and with lots of good advice on where to goseeeat. Very clean (cleaner came 6 days a week) villa with the most amazing views over Spinalonga. As with hillside villas in Greece the drive was vertical and parking shared with the lower villa which caused some concern as our hire car was big and very under-powered! Plaka is a 15 minute walk downhill (never walked back uphill luckily) and is a delightful village; all the people we met there where amazingly kind and charming - symptomatic of almost all GreeksCretans we met. A brilliant holiday.

-: As the villa has amazing views it is windy in the summer and there isn't anywhere other than the eating area to sit on sofas and relax outside. If we do book again (and we probably will) the lower villa is probably a better choice for what we would want.

+: The villa is absolutely immaculate. The views are incredible. I can now see why it is so highly rated! Periklis was awesome, meeting us at 1am to greet us on arrival. Periklis has bought us supples for the morning so we had milk and bread for the children. We also asked very last minute about getting a birthday cake for one of our party as it was her birthday. We couldn’t believe our luck when arriving to find the best cake we have ever eaten! I can’t recommend Elounda Luxury Villas high enough! Look forward to staying again!

+: TOUT ! :Villa de grand confort avec une vue imprenable sur l'ile de Spinalonga . Accueil parfait ( moussaka préparée par la maman , confiture de raisons , capsules nespresso fournies tous les jours etc...Ménage quotidien ... Belle terrasse donnant sur piscine privative donnant sur Spinalonga , etc, etc .... Merci Periklis !

-: Rien ......à part un vent capricieux qui a rafraichi la piscine et nous a parfois empêché de profiter totalement de la terrasse pour nos repas .

+: Super easy to take over keys and the house. Very warm welcome from owner. Even food in the fridge and oven! Wow! Regular, daily cleaning and pool service to maintain that good impression throughout all of our stay.

-: Well, the slope of the driveway is VERY steep, but we finally managed to get up and down. But that is due to the exposed position of the villa itself. In consequence, the view was fantastic!
