+: Clean and beautiful hotel with super (child) friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay a lot, the food was really good.

-: The only thing perhaps that was not ideal was that the pool was a salt water pool. But I suppose on the other hand that's more sustainable...

+: Friendly staff, especially in the bar & restaurant area. Rooms decorated tastefully, and lovely pool area. Excellent food in poolside restaurant and really great cocktails

-: Not enough sun loungers by the pool for the size of the hotel, adding even just another 6-8 would make a difference. The food & drinks were lovely , but quite pricey compared to eating in equally nice places outside the hotel. Cleanliness of rooms could be improved by housekeeping. Don’t think floors were swept (or swept well) in the 8 days we were there. Gym pretty basic & not the cleanest (no wipes sprays provided to clean equipment after use) Spa customer service not great, left several messages to try and book in massages and they never got back to us , so we didn’t get to book in in the end. When we arrived we were put in a room I’d never even seen advertised on their website or booking.com and it certainly wasn’t the room we booked.We booked a garden view room, which also had a lounge area etc. The room we were put in was a small corner room with no garden view, looked into a roof, and no lounge area - very basic. Again, I’ve never seen this kind of room advertised and none of their pictures are like this. We complained but had to stay one night in the wrong room and we were moved to an appropriate room more alike to what we had booked around midday the following day, which was lovely. It just shouldn’t have happened in the first place especially when we’d booked the room months ago.

+: Nous avons passé notre dernière nuit de notre séjour en Crète à l'hôtel Elounda Palm. Juste parfait ! Accueil bienveillant et d'une grande gentillesse, l'hôtel à taille humaine est charmant, les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres. N'hésitez pas à prendre une chambre avec piscine privée, expérience TOP ! Le petit-déjeuner est de bonne qualité, beaucoup de choix qui pourront satisfaire tous les goûts ! Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation.

-: קיבלנו חדר עם המון תקלותניכר שאין תחזוקה נאותה במלון.אין מחשבה על הדברים הקטניםיש רק בריכת מלח במלון.

+: Le lieu magique, le service restauration, le confort à la piscine et la vue.

-: La literie et la disposition de la chambre avec le balcon minuscule. Les clients qui réservent très tôt leurs transats très moyen.
