+: Many people have different opinions on this hotel. It depends what do you looking for. Last a few years we visited about 25hotels in Greece. Now we have a child and we are looking for pleasant hotel close to our favorite places in Rhodes, away from the busy resorts. The hotel is partly renovated, the rooms are large, with big beds, LCD TV, fridge, large bathroom,well equipped, ideal for families. Each building has its own smaller pool, for children there are slides and attractions. The food is rather average, unpretentious, probably intended for British clients, which is the most here, nothing special, but if you just want something in your mouth, that's enough. We know good restaurants on the island, where it is not a problem to go. Due to the price, the whole stay was really very good. The hotel is divided into several buildings and so it is not overcrowded even when occupied, in addition, it is away from large resorts, so there is peace. Yes, it's far to the beach, but for people like us who have a car and know the nice beaches in the island, it doesn't matter at all. Be sure to visit Tsampika beach, we will keep the others to ourselves (our secret places :) ). A BIG PLUS was the staff, who were always smiling and still available. Thanks a lot for all ! At least, I would like to give 810, a hotel for a quiet holiday for families with children. If you are looking for a beach at the hotel, or a busy center with shops and bars, look at the map when booking a hotel. We liked it a lot! With best regards, Lukas, Lenka and our little Anna :)

-: 1) Room cleaning was insufficient, you should mop the floor, balcony and bathroom at least every other day. Especially in this COVID situation. We always had to talk about clean towels as well. There was no soap in the bathroom. For families with small children, cleanliness is very important. On the contrary, the cleanliness in the hotel, restaurant, pool, was very good. 2) The children's playground behind the building was very old and not safe. Be sure to make this place nicer and buy new equipment. The same about football playground. 3) Why do you have ducks in one of the backside fountain? This is not hygienic or nice! This idea really doesn't work well. 4) In the children's pool, we sent a free electric cable to the light. Fix it !!! Strive a little for European safety standards! The same goes for other additional wiring in the hotel. The drawer by the bed was falling out and our little baby wanted to play with it! Room number 903.

+: Food was basic, luke warm, and very average. Having come from another hotel of a similar rating the food was noticeably lower standard

-: Air conditioning broken , spiiting out ice and making a horrific noise through the night Shower flooded main apartment every time used. there answer was more towels to soak it up. poor bathroom drainage design no parasols mismatched and broken sunbeds - not cleaned down or re positioned of an evening. broken steps in swimming pools rude staff, especially in the food hall serving all inclusive shuts at 11pm play area run down and dangerous litter around resort electricity kept cutting out in whole resort water slides closed
