+: Posizione comoda come base per la costa est di Creta. Personale gentile e disponibile , camera pulita con aria condizionata ben indirizzabile e terrazzino.

+: The receptionist was one of the most helpful of all and we received a full set of recommendations for all sorts of activities around the area right at our arrival. The hotel is small and so was the room too. But it was clean and quiet and the air conditioning worked well. Since we spend mot of our time on the beach, the room size was not any real issue for us. Anyway had to do some work on our vacation as well and luckily these hours took place in places we had more spacious accommodation. For basic vacation with only a normal amount of luggage it would have been perfect. Hiona Holliday Hotel is located only two minutes walk from the Palaikastro village center having multiple nice tavernas and cafes, supermarkets etc. And a 10 minute drive from the Vai palm beach. But since it is located just outside village center, it is very peaceful place to stay. A nice small and well maintained pool area as well.

-: The breakfast was a very basic one. Had asked beforehand if they have gluten-free options and the answer was yes. To be exact, no gluten-free bread or special products were available, but one could choose to have for example eggs and bacon, some youghurt, nuts, fruits etc. instead of bread and toppings. Had known this, I would have brought my own bread along.

+: Struttura accogliente in corso di rinnovamento, dotata anche di ampia piscina e parcheggio privato. Staff cordiale e premuroso. Ottima colazione.

+: Beliggenhed, Parkering og imødekommende personale, alt var godt.

+: Το προσωπικο ηταν πολυ φιλοξενο και προθυμο να μας βοηθησουν σε οτι χρειαζομασταν.Μας προτειναν παραλιες μιας και ειχε αρκετα μποφορ. Μας εδωσαν ακομη και την δυνατοτητα επιλογης δωματιου!Το πρωινο ειχε πολλες επιλογες, ακομη και σε καφεδες..Το δωματιο ηταν πεντακαθαρο και ανετο..Σιγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφτουμε!
