+: Tolle Anlage mit vielen Grünflächen, 3 Pools, Restaurant, gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal.

-: Ausstattung des Apartments (kein Spülmittel, kein Spülschwamm, nur 1 Kochtopf, keine Seife im Bad).-Viele Insekten im Apartment, leider auch keine Insektengitter an den Fenstern.2x hatten wir eine Kakerlake im Zimmer und 3x einen Ameisenhaufen. Schon bei Einzug gab es im Schlafzimmer auf dem Boden eine Ameisen Ansammlung).-Auf dem Kinderspielplatz ragt an der Rutsche ein großer Nagel heraus. Verletzungsgefahr!Manch andere Dinge werden auch nicht gepflegt, bspw. hatten wir uns 2 Tischtennisschläger ausgeliehen, wovon der eine kaputt war. Die Minigolfanlage sah auch nicht gepflegt aus. Dort hätte man kaum drauf spielen können (wurde aber an unserem letzten Tag erneuert).

-: Henkilökunta ei ollut kovin palvelualtista. Tiskillä sai odottaa kauan palvelua vaikka muita asiakkaita ei ollut. Huoneistoissa (2kpl) oli puutteita: Kattolamput eivät toimineet. Hellaa käytettäessä meni Sulake, vain toista levyä pystyi käyttämään. Halusimme pelata lentopalloa, saimme puolityhjän pallon ja pumppua ei kuulemma ollut.

+: Spacious apartment. Good kitchen facilities. Numerous swimming pools and playgrounds. Good for a family with children. Beautiful vegetation around the hotel. Hotel and customers are feeding 2 homeless cats which is great. It changes everything in the world of these animals. Very nice and helpful lady at the reception with ginger hair. A small shop near the hotel and a pharmacy, very convenient. Hotel in the countryside, quiet at night. Good value for money.

-: The hotel is 50km away from the airport (not 11.8 miles as stated on Booking.com). 60 EUR for the taxi. No wifi in the room. Free wifi only in the bar or near the swimming pool. 2.50 EUR for a glass of sparkling water. 12 EUR for breakfast but no healthy options like: kefir, gluten free bread, sprouted seeds, poached eggs, avocado on toast. No machine for customers to make juices from oranges, apples, carrots. Not a good service from waiters in the restaurant: to wait a long time for the waiter to come over, to wait a long time for the food, after main course finished, the waiter does not ask you of you want something else, to wait to pay. Improvements in the service should be done. No sandy beach around, only a rocky one. Impossible to swim in the sea.

+: la struttura è sufficinetemente attrezzata e curata

-: la camera era maleodorante a causa di un problema con le fognature - un solo condizionatore era insufficiente x tutto l'appartamento

+: The outdoor is really nice. Very nice and quiet pools. The waterpark was the highlight for our kids and there were days where we were the only family in the waterpark. There was always a lifeguard as well. We have also took lunch at the restaurant and it was also good. Maintenance man came to the room only few minutes after any complaint. Check-in and check-out were done really quick.

-: Cleaning can be better and should be done during the day. Once we had cleaning done after 7pm when we had just came from a whole day outside. Hair dryer was broken and very old when we arrived. It was changed immediately after my complaint, but I would have expected to have it changed before the customers complain, since it was very dangerous especially in a room where there were young kids. Parking is really small but we have always managed to find a parking on the back street.
