+: Location is fantastic. Rooms are spacious and loved the coffee and tea facilities and the fridge.A big, big thanks to the staff and management who surprised us with champagne, flowers and fruit for our wedding anniversay.

-: The restaurant is more than adequate with a large choise for breakfast. Although for dinner it was not really a great choise. We eat there the first evening and compared to surrounding taverna's and restaurants, it was nothing special.

+: The staff were really polite and helpful couldn't of asked for anything better and the hotel was brilliant clean fresh and the breakfast and dinner was really good would highly recommend this hotel!!

+: The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were lovely. It was in a great location close to everything.

+: Nice breakfast, sea view, short walk to kos town.

-: Very noisy, both from cars on the busy road in front of the hotel and from the hallway within the hotel.

+: The bed was wonderful

-: Tiny bathroom with no room to move. I felt like I was in a dormitory with the design and layout of the floors . Definitely not a boutique hotel from my experience.
