+: Struttura bellissima, accogliente moderna e molto grande.

-: Per una struttura così grande purtroppo non c’è la presenza di una farmacia.

+: Good location.

-: Price is way too much. The hotel is not a premium 5-star hotel. The food quality and room amenities did not meet expectations. The hotel felt overcrowded.

+: The main areas are great, the pool, the atmosphere, the environment is wonderful.

-: The rooms are not as advertised! We booked the Executive Suite Sea View and got a room that looks completely different than the photos. When we complained we were told that there’s not a single room in the hotel that looks like the photos shown for this room type. The marketing team of Atlantica chain made the decision to place photos from another hotel for this room type and this is just misleading. The photos show a renovated room with a garden but the rooms in this hotel have a balcony and are not even renovated. The manager did his best to help us as much as he could, but the whole situation was extremely disappointing!

+: Υπέροχη τοποθεσία ακριβώς δίπλα στη θάλασσα , πανέμορφο ξενοδοχείο με πολύ περιποιημενους κήπους , καταπληκτικοί χώροι για παιδιά και μεγάλους ,πολύ ωραίο φαγητό με τεράστια ποικιλία στο μπουφέ, πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό . Ιδανικό για οικογένειες με παιδιά.

-: Η καθαριότητα στο δωμάτιο αλλά και σε κάποιους κοινόχρηστους χώρους θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη.

+: Yemek seçenekleri çok ve sağlıklıydı.

-: Tesis “doğayı koruma” adı altında size girişte 2 tane 0,80 lt “pet” şişe veriyor. Bunları atmamalısınız çünkü sonraki 2 gün boyunca oteldeki su sebillerinden doldurarak odanıza taşımanız lazım. 2 gün sonra yeni şişelerinizi alabiliyorsunuz. Yazın ortasında odaya şişe şişe su taşımak çok mantıklı. Bunu garipsediğinizde de gidip marketten alın diyorlar. Bu kadar lüks bir otel için bu da çok mantıklı olsa gerek. Wifi sürekli kopuyor ve odalarda düzgün çekmiyor. Denizde yosun tutmuş büyük kayalar var ayağınızı çarpabiliyorsunuz. İçkilerin tadı kötü seçenekleri çok az. Ancak asıl kötü olanı otelden ayrıldıktan bir gün sonra kusma ve ishal şikayetleriyle hastaneye koşmuş olmamız. Çünkü sudan ya da buzdan bakteri kapmışız. 3 gün yataktan çıkamadık. Hastanede serum ve ilaç tedavisi gördük. Bir daha asla

+: The entertainment staff are fantastic! The whole team made our holiday. They all work so hard from morning to night time. Our kids loved the football, pool aerobics, water polo, disco in the evening and beach party! The food is faultless. So much choice and all delicious. The only problem is trying to choose what to eat because everything is so tasty. The restaurant staff are helpful and friendly. We ate at the italian one of the nights and this was really lovely. The hotel is very well kept and very clean. Reception staff are also very helpful. Bar area is pretty in the evening with table service. Our room was a sea view room with a large balcony. Comfy beds and pillows. Daily cleaners did a very good job. Located 15 mins from the airport is a bonus and regular buses to Kardemina, which is well worth a visit. Lots of shops and restaurants.The beach area is very nice and great for snorkeling... kids loved this.

-: The second room (ground floor garden) was not good... we didnt complain but if we returned to this hotel next year, we would pay more for another sea view room. The rooms are not 5 star hotel rooms, more like 34 star. Basic but comfortable. There are no toiletries or robe etc and the hair dryer is rubbish (so glad I took my own).The second ground floor room had a toilet in the shower and the smell of drains was unbearable. The kids did find it hard to stomach on some days as the smell was pure sewage. I also feel that there should have been more bar staff at the beach bar and more tables and chairs for evening entertainment as there is plenty of space. Glass doors on the pool toilets and no locks.... why? You can literally see people sitting on the loo 🙈 not sure who designed this but it's an epic fail hahaha More sun beds would be good... there is plenty of space around the grass areas over looking the beach. Cocktails are not very good (not 5 star quality) wine is ok... drinkable but just ok. Water sports are expensive compared to other places we have been.
