+: The staff were very friendly and hospitable. Location was great! Short walk to a supermarket, KTEL buses and a taxi rank. The in room breakfast was a new experience for me, but the Cretan set menu was delicious and fresh. Rooms and hotel was kept very clean and well presented.

+: Perfect position to reach the city center and also the port if you need to take the ferry (10 minutes walk)

+: The room quality, location, bed size were all excellent…!

-: Wish there was a switch for the bathroom lights rather than an automatic timer….

+: A dire vrai tout était vraiment appréciable : la gentillesse et l’attention du personnel, la propreté, la literie👍🏻 et grand moment le petit déjeuner qui était parfaitement équilibré et délicieux!Une bonne entrée en matière pour la suite de notre découverte culinaire en Crête 😃Un grand merci 🙏🏻

+: la modernité des équipements, la propreté des lieux, l'espace offert par la chambre l'amabilité de la réception. le parking toujours disponible même quand on est parti, l'emplacement était réservé

+: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, parking znajduje się przed budynkiem. Pokój nowoczesny i czysty. Jest wszystko co jest potrzebne na krótki pobyt. Z apartamentu 10 minut do lotniska.

-: Słychać dźwięki ulicy, która jest zaraz za oknami.

+: Location was perfect for our needs, as it was close to the port and we only stayed to get to another island. Recommend having a car so you can drive to different locations but there was lots around the hotel as well. Room was good and met all our expectations.

+: Le calme, la situation de l'établissement, la propreté du lieu, la literie. Un grand merci à Mary pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son professionalisme. Elle a été parfaite et a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour très agréable.

-: L'espace accordé à la collation est assez restreint et se fait sur une mini table basse.
