+: Beautiful setting on the cathedral square where locals meet & children play. Classy room with gorgeous view of cathedral & square. Very helpful staff, great restaurants on the square & nearby.

+: The location was fantastic, in the heart of everything with bus stop right outside for the beach and airport. Our room was really lovely and spacious. Comfortable large bed and very nice linens. Amazing balcony with city views.
-: I really hate to say it but it was the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! Everything was cold including the food and coffee. Bread and pastries not covered and lots of flies around. The staff are running a cafe at the same time so it felt they had no time for hotel guests. Next time we will do room only as I would stay again.

+: very good location. Staffs at the reception are great and helpful with arranging tours and taxi to airport. Requested room with view and balcony and the room had beautiful view.

+: Emplacement au coeur du quartier historique d’Heraklion, accueil bienveillant et sympathique, enregistrement rapide, chambre très bien équipée, bien isolée phoniquement, clim éfficace et silencieuse, balcon très agréable, salle de bain spacieuse et bien équipée, literie absolument superbe, hôtel et chambre très propres.
-: Un simple détail important à connaître : il est difficile voire impossible de garer un véhicule à proximité. Il est même très difficile de s’y arrêter quelques minutes pour sortir rapidement 2 valises du véhicule avant de trouver à se garer. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner inclus au séjour donné au bar très agréable de l’Hacienda au rez de chaussée est quelque peu minimaliste mais rien de grave. Le service y était parfait.
