+: It’s in a good location, the pool is okay and has quite a social vibe, good for party goers, and the courtyard was also really lovely. Great links to laganas strip

-: Pool water was so murky that you couldn’t see your hands. Aircon isn’t included in room you must pay for it on arrival. British reps force you to buy extortionate drinks packages and the drinks and food is terrible. The owner is obsessed with money - she turned our aircon off on our departure morning because we hadn’t paid for it for that day apparently. She charged us €40 for a €25 taxi to make herself commission. If you don’t buy the drinks wristband they’ll treat you like a criminal and watch to see if you even sip a friends drink, ready to remove your whole groups wristbands. The room was full of ants and quite dirty, wasn’t cleaned once during our 5 days stay. They give you fresh towels that’s it. There was sick on the curtain in our room. You can’t flush toilet paper down the toilet has to go in a poo tissue bin, stank as you can imagine, wasn’t changed everyday. Really nice hotel down the road called Aeon with a great free pool (with actual clear water) that has a water slide too, also really social. One British rep, Eoan I think, Irish lad, does coke out on the guests balconies at night. The vibe I got from the lads who sell the drink packages, as awful as this may sound, is that they prey on the girls coming to the hotel and try it on with them by the pool all day every day.

-: Struttura molto sporca e poco curata! Adatta solo a ragazzi che di notte si scatenano rendendo impossibile dormire! Non danno abbastanza biancheria da bagno, solo un piccolo telo doccia! Aria condizionata a pagamento e non è possibile regolare la temperatura, il telecomando non funziona. Quando siamo arrivati le lenzuola dei letti erano tutte sporche con delle formiche addirittura! Che dire …. Pessima esperienza 😔

+: la posizione veramente ottima supermercato e spiaggia a 2 min a piedi

-: la pulizia sicuramente non era delle migliori ma alla fine per il tempo che abbiamo passato in casa era relativo , abbiamo pulito noi il bagno cambiavano solo la busta del cestino !, nonostante fossimo tutte ragazze giovani, il secondo giorno era diventato stressante non riuscire a dormire a causa dei ragazzi ineducati che facevano caos fino alle 10.00 di mattina . da italiana avrei voluto la cucina e soprattutto il frigo più grande ma ci si poteva adattare tranquillamente . non consiglio assolutamente per le famiglie , per ragazzi potrebbe essere un modo per fare altra conoscenza se sapete l'inglese ,ma non per riposare

+: Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο του Λαγάνα άριστη εξυπηρέτηση,καθαριότητα και ευγενικό προσωπικό!!!Η πισίνα τέλεια και το φαγητό ακόμα πιο νόστιμο ποιοτικό και γευστικό!!!

+: Τέλειο ξενοδοχείο πολύ φιλόξενο και το προσωπικό άριστο!! Πολύ καθαρό και το πρωινό όπως και το φαγητό άψογο. Η τοποθεσία είναι στο κέντρο όπου υπάρχουν όλες οι παροχές που χρειάζεται ένας ταξιδιώτης. Το σίγουρο είναι ότι θα ξαναέρθω στο ίδιο ξενοδοχείο!!
