+: Beautiful, comfortable rooms with fantastic view of the harbor. Can’t beat the location in terms of convenience and view. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

-: The small downside to the location is it can be a little noisy at night.

+: The location and room were excellent. The staff and specifically Christina M was an absolute champion to deal with from the first moment we arrived. A great experience and would highly recommend this property.

-: * A few more details on how to get from the parking to the location when you have multiple suitcases can be testing. * no elevator between ground floor and 1st floor.* please note it’s not possible to build the shaft vs the lack of insight to create it. This is tricky when you have suitcases to get to 1st floor where the elevator services all floors. However all staff eager to help and assist.

+: Top Lage; sehr moderne, geschmackvolle, große Zimmer; alles in einem super Zustand; nettes Personal. Das Frühstück ist einfach aber vollkommen ausreichend. Trotz der Lage in der Altstadt nicht laut.

-: Die Betten sind für meinen Geschmack zu hart. Das ist wirklich der einzige Kritikpunkt.

+: Perfecte ligging! Schoon en mooi boutique hotel in het centrum van Chania. Tevens een perfecte service en lekker ontbijt met uitzicht op de haven in Chania.

+: The most beautiful suite in Chania. The view is breathtaking, location is perfect, interior design is wonderful, the moorish elements are so delicate and creatively. The service was great. I strongly recommend it. Thanks.
